Counseling & Support Options
Counseling & Support Resources
School Counselors are available to help support learners and their families in a variety of ways. Although I am a professionally trained counselor, I am not in a position to offer on-going, long-term mental health counseling. I am able to provide time-limited, short term support for many issues our learners face, such as relationship issues, anxiety, conflict resolution, changing family issues, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions, concerns or could use support in any way.
In addition, a school-based therapist from CSG, Community Services Group, is available during the school day to provide on-going therapy and support for a specified caseload of learners. If you are interested in this service for your learner, please contact the school counseling office.
Below is a link to a list of service providers in the local area. You are encouraged to contact your health insurance provider first to determine in-network providers for the service you are seeking. I can help support you through this process, just contact me and let me know what you need.
Mental Health Copay Assistance
This is a program through the Lancaster Osteopathic Health Foundation (LOHF) that provides copay assistance for the behavioral healthcare needs of those who cannot afford it. More information can be found on their flyer by clicking here.
Applications are available online in English and Spanish, and can be downloaded by visiting their website.
