As a way to reduce the amount of paper between home and school, please remember the following:

• Complete the "Absence Excuse" form in the Sapphire Community Portal under Student Data Forms. We have included directions to complete this.

• Email pvattendance@pequeavalley.org - please include your child's name, the building they attend, date(s) of absence, and reason for absence. 
• Educational Trip forms are available in the office and on the Pequea Valley website. This form must be completed and submitted prior to the scheduled absence. These forms can be emailed to pvattendance@pequeavalley.org.
